We are very happy to share our beach house with family and friends. Our beach house holds a special place in our family’s memories over the last 25 years but also the Outer Banks is where our family story began. We first came to the Outer Banks in July of 1991 for our honeymoon. We fell in love with the area and two years later while living in Norfolk, Virginia we were blessed to buy ourselves a little two bedroom and one bath beach box, Laura’s Serendipity in Kill Devil Hills. Almost 10 years later we sold Laura’s Serendipity and built Octopus’s Garden in 2002. Over the years we would come for two weeks every summer and rent it out the rest of the summer. We plan to spend more time in OBX making more memories. We also hope to make it a personable place for family and friends to vacation.
